Return Policy

All items being returned to us must have been purchased directly from Jobaby Egypt. You will be refunded the cost of the item(s) purchased excluding the shipping charges. Refunds are provided in the original form of payment for the purchase price of the item . Returns are subject to evaluation by Jobaby Egypt.

To qualify for a refund:

• Pumps must be shipped back and received by us within 14days of purchase, in their original condition. In the case of orders for bundles, ift here are missing components their value will be deducted from the refund. Due to the personal nature of these items, returned items must be unused and unopened. If the seal is missing or broken it is non-returnable.
• Accessories must be shipped back and received by us within 14 days of purchase in their original condition. Due to the personal nature of these items, returned items must be unused and unopened. If your items have been used or opened, they are non-returnable.
